Right in the heart of Vienna – situated between city centre and the Prater.
Our design hotel is situated in a quiet side street of the second district (Leopoldstadt), in close proximity to one of Vienna’s most famous sights: the Grand Ferris Wheel in the Vienna Prater. There is excellent access to public and private transport: the next subway, tram, bus and rapid transit stations are only 100m and the next motorway junction is merely seven minutes away. If you want avoid the search for a parking space, take advantage of our parking lot (subject to a charge, reservation required). The city centre is merely 10 minutes by subway or a 20-minute-walk away – and the Prater is just around the corner.
Arriving by car
- coming from Germany via A1 across the A21 (Vienna South) to A23 until exit “Erdberg/Zentrum”
- coming from Italy, Slovenia, Croatia via A2 to the A23 until exit “Erdberg/Zentrum”
- coming from Hungary, Slovakia, airport from the A4 straight towards the centre
- follow the Schüttelstraße, along the Donau channel towards the centre
- on the opposite side of the Donau channel, you will see an old observatory (Urania), to your right, there is a fully glazed, high-rise office building (Uniqua Tower)
- turn right by the high-rise into the Aspernbrückengasse
- this street leads into the Praterstraße
- on your left, there is a church, turn left at the traffic lights (Rotensterngasse)
- turn right at the first street (Weintraubengasse)
- this leads into the Kleine Stadtgutgasse
Arriving by train
- through an underpass in the central station, you will come to the “Südtiroler Platz” subway station
- take the U1 subway towards “Leopoldau”
- leave at “Nestroyplatz”
- take the “Rotensterngasse” exit (at the front end of the train)
- walk the Rotensterngasse
- turn right into the first alley called ”Weintraubengasse”
- the Weintraubengasse becomes the Kleine Stadtgutgasse and you’ll already see our hotel
Arriving from the airport
- directly by the arrival hall, you will find the rapid transit station
- take line S7, leaving approx. every 30 minutes (from 5 a.m. until midnight)
- leave the train at “Praterstern/Bahnhof Wien Nord”
- walk along the Heinestraße
- the first alley crossing on your left is the Kleine Stadtgutgasse (it is only around 150m from the station to the Wilhelmshof)
